The New Mexico Dept of Game and Fish (NMDGF) offers an applicant three different hunt choices when applying. An applicant can mix dates and weapon choices to better their odds of drawing.
Land owner tags can be purchased at an additional cost if you are not successful in the draw. NMDGF does not award preference points. Beaverhead Outfitters offers Tent Camps, Lodge /Cabin Hunts, and Wilderness Hunts. If you have a preference please circle your choice on the application form. If you have no preferences on hunt choices and accommodations, Beaverhead Outfitters will apply you for the best drawing odds in quality areas. Beaverhead Outfitters only applies its clients in the top units located in the state. Beaverhead Outfitters processes application forms free to our clients. Choose your hunt choice or choices and indicate them on the application form. Send license fees or credit card information along with each application. Wilderness, late rifle, muzzle loader and early bow hunts are the easiest hunts to draw. If you have any questions while completing your application form, please feel free to contact us for help.

All big game hunters (resident & non-resident) that hunted in the state of New Mexico in 2009 are required by the New Mexico Dept. of Game & Fish (NMDGF) to complete a hunters report form.
This simple and quick report that can be done on-line by visiting the NMDGF web-site at www.newmexico-hunt.com All applicants that hunted with Beaverhead Outfitters in 2009 MUST complete this hunters report before reapplying in 2010.
